How to Submit a Refund Request

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@botonote.com with the following information:

  1. Product Name;
  2. Your Order ID/Reference Number/Transaction ID;
  3. The Email Address That You Used to Make the Purchase;
  4. The Reason Why You Would Like a Refund.

We will deal with the refund request within 24 hours on business days based on the terms set out below.

Details on Refund Period

1. We offer 30-day money-back guarantee for the Lifetime License of PanFone Products. Your money back guarantee starts from the moment your payment has been made.

2. We offer 5-day money-back guarantee for PanFone subscription-based products, including 1-month and 12-month subscription of all products. Your money back guarantee starts from the moment your payment has been made.

3. The Automatic Renewal is enabled by default. But no worries, the service is optional and can be disabled at any time. For example, after finishing the order, you will receive an email with a license included, where there is a link to cancel automatic renewal. Please click it to disable the renew subscription. Circumstances of No Refund

We cannot offer a refund in the following circumstances. Depending on these circumstances, we may exchange the software for you if you don’t need the one you’ve purchased.

  1. A refund request due to your mistake and the problem is not product-related. For example, purchase of an incorrect program, downloading an incorrect version, not enough available disk storage on your computer; you change your mind after the purchase, etc.
  2. A refund request due to misunderstanding or lack of understanding of the products functions and capabilities because you failed to read the product description carefully before purchasing. However, PanFone can exchange the purchased product for the correct product from our webiste.
  3. A refund request for the product price differences between different regions and sellers.
  4. A refund request due to the purchase of so-called "wrong" product, and you purchased the "right" product from other companies.
  5. A refund request due to credit card fraud or unauthorized payment. PanFone cooperates with third-party payment processing services, so we are not able to monitor authorization during payment. Please contact your card issuer to resolve the matter. PanFone is always here to help if we can.
  6. A refund request due to the failure to receive registration code within two hours after placing a successful order. PanFone's system will automatically send a registration email as soon as the payment has been received. However, due to internet or system failures, email spam settings, email typo, etc., there might be some delay. In this case, you can contact our support team to retrieve the registration code.
  7. A refund request due to technical trouble, with the customer refusing to cooperate with the PanFone support team in attempts at troubleshooting by declining providing detailed descriptions and information regarding the problem, or refusing to try to apply the solutions provided by the PanFone support team.
  8. A refund request for the order has already exceeded refund period.
  9. A refund request for invalid code which caused by improper operation of the user.
  10. A refund request for no reason.

Accepted Circumstances

We accept refunds in the following circumstances:

  1. You purchased a a ‘wrong product' from PanFone, and then purchase the correct product from our company within the refund period. In this case, PanFone will refund the price of the wrong product for you if you have no need for it.
  2. You paid twice for the same product accidentally or purchase of two products with similar functions. We can refund the duplicated purchase to you during the refund period or swap one program for another PanFone product.
  3. You didn't receive the registration code within 12 hours and got no response from our support team within 24 hours, PanFone will refund the your order if you have no need of the product in future.
  4. Software purchased has terminal technical problems, and no solution has been provided within 30 days. In this case, PanFone will refund the purchase price if you doesn't want to wait for a future upgrade.
  5. If you've disabled the auto-renewal before the renewal date but your subscription has been still automatically renewed, please contact us within 7 days of the auto-renewal and send us the screenshots of the cancellation for a full refund.

After Refund

Your refund will be processed within 1 to 7 business days according to different payment methods.

Once the order refund is issued, your license will be disabled, please uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
